BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. These guys are simply AMAZING. Whenever I have a problem, I call them up, and they tell me to bring it in the same day. I bring it in, they give me a loaner and usually AMAZING. Whenever I have a problem, I call them up, and they tell me to bring it in the same day. I bring it in, they give me a loaner and usually the problem is fixed the same day. If not, it is ready by the next day. I have had service done at their facility 4 times now and every time I leave with a huge smile. Screw BMWStore (the other Cinci dealer)....they try to rip you off by charging for things that are still under warranty. You may want to see my post about my dealings with them.
