Wonderful experience This was my first of many visits to BMW Cincinnati North. Every person and exchange that took place was positive. Best BMW dealer in the tri-state area!! This is my first BMW purchase/lease. I thought they would be a little snobby like some of the Mercedes dealerships. Jo Carter(sales person) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. She spent at least a couple of days with me to make our experience with BMW a pleasant one. From start to finish is was as if I bought a 7series but in reality I bought a 3 series. Like they say "there is no such thing as the cheaper BMW" . They are all great vehicles. I will definitely be purchasing future BMWs from BMW of Cincinnati North. More

Brake service When I first arrived, I spoke with Gerald, while standing in front of the service desks. He was warn, friendly and courteous. Sean then arrived and Gerald introduced me to Sean. Gerald has very good customer service "people" skills. I was told the service would take a few hours and they were accurate in their time estimate. When I got in the car to leave, I noticed that the word "Brake" was still displaying in the dash. Sean took care of that right away. Gerald and Sean make a great "service" team. More
