On this experience where we purchased a new X5, Nick Markoff gave us excellent attention. But the deal maker was the "genius " of Lindsey Harper. Her patience, attention to detail and the best product knowledge we have ever seen really made this a superb buying experience. We are very happy with the purchase, and very happy that we have the Team at Cincinnati North to continue to support us. More

Feel like Family I believe that the service done would be the same at any dealership that I went to. From the receiving garage gentleman to when I walk into the service area- everyone says hello and is positive, I personally have a relationship with a longtime service advisor- Chris Owens. I honestly trust him. He keeps me in the loop as to what is going on with my car, and our 3 other BMWs as well. I'll get text and calls from him checking in sometimes. He remembers my family's names. Most of all I trust him. He doesn't try to swindle me. Will alert me to issue that MAY arise in the future with my cars. If I ever had a position in my company that could utilize his skills - he would be one of the first persons I would reach out too. More

Best BMW dealer in the tri-state area!! This is my first BMW purchase/lease. I thought they would be a little snobby like some of the Mercedes dealerships. Jo Carter(sales person) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. She spent at least a couple of days with me to make our experience with BMW a pleasant one. From start to finish is was as if I bought a 7series but in reality I bought a 3 series. Like they say "there is no such thing as the cheaper BMW" . They are all great vehicles. I will definitely be purchasing future BMWs from BMW of Cincinnati North. More
