Feel like Family I believe that the service done would be the same at any dealership that I went to. What the difference is about Jake Sweeney is that whenever, and I I believe that the service done would be the same at any dealership that I went to. From the receiving garage gentleman to when I walk into the service area- everyone says hello and is positive, I personally have a relationship with a longtime service advisor- Chris Owens. I honestly trust him. He keeps me in the loop as to what is going on with my car, and our 3 other BMWs as well. I'll get text and calls from him checking in sometimes. He remembers my family's names. Most of all I trust him. He doesn't try to swindle me. Will alert me to issue that MAY arise in the future with my cars. If I ever had a position in my company that could utilize his skills - he would be one of the first persons I would reach out too. More

Best BMW dealer in the tri-state area!! This is my first BMW purchase/lease. I thought they would be a little snobby like some of the Mercedes dealerships. But they were totally the opposit This is my first BMW purchase/lease. I thought they would be a little snobby like some of the Mercedes dealerships. But they were totally the opposite. Jo Carter(sales person) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. She spent at least a couple of days with me to make our experience with BMW a pleasant one. From start to finish is was as if I bought a 7series but in reality I bought a 3 series. Like they say "there is no such thing as the cheaper BMW" . They are all great vehicles. I will definitely be purchasing future BMWs from BMW of Cincinnati North. More

Brake service When I first arrived, I spoke with Gerald, while standing in front of the service desks. He was warn, friendly and courteous. He then sat at Sean's When I first arrived, I spoke with Gerald, while standing in front of the service desks. He was warn, friendly and courteous. He then sat at Sean's desk and got me started. Sean then arrived and Gerald introduced me to Sean. Gerald has very good customer service "people" skills. I was told the service would take a few hours and they were accurate in their time estimate. When I got in the car to leave, I noticed that the word "Brake" was still displaying in the dash. Sean took care of that right away. Gerald and Sean make a great "service" team. More
