Outstanding service and communication BMW North and BMW North America went the extra mile to repair my car due to an issue with the airbag recall. An issue with the steering wheel was discovered that was not covered under the recall. Due to it being a safety issue BMW North America and BMW North stepped up and fixed the issue! This is what I love about this company and its dealers, they make great performance vehicles AND they stand behind them! Lindsey was a savior! I gave this rating to Lindsey Harper and Aatir Barlas. They were very helpful and knowledgable in understanding and finding the car for me. However I gave this rating to Lindsey Harper and Aatir Barlas. They were very helpful and knowledgable in understanding and finding the car for me. However, I did not have a good experience negotiating price with Michael, Nick, and Clay. This was my third attempt at buying a car. My husband and I did not match up with Michael at all, and struggled to work with him. Our first attempt with Michael fell through. My husband is not able to spend time at a car dealer all day trying to buy a car. He own's his own business and is always busy. Therefore, I went back with the intention to work with Clay or Nick on the Costco price by myself. That did not happen. I still had to work with Michael. Finally, Lindsey was given the chance to work with me and did a fantastic job listening and helping me find the car I wanted. Even though I had to continue negotiating with Michael and Nick, Lindsey made it much easier. I never did agree on a price. I left, called my husband and said I quit. He then went in and got the price that I was asking for in the first place. I spent 6 months trying to buy a car. Two days test driving, researching, and learning the different cars. The final day, I spent 6 hours at the dealer finding a car and negotiating a price. I really don't like buying cars and don't ever want to have to do it again. Negotiating is very painful/stressful and shouldn't have to be a part of buying a car. Prices should be fair. Not everybody has the time or ability to negotiate the price of a car. More

My X5 was inspected, with the inspection report appearing in my email before the service advisor had time to call. Chris Owens was clear, honest and straightforward in discussing what the car needed and what was deferrable. It especially pleased me that he recommended some things which should be taken care of while warranty still applied, but that would cause problems later. I appreciate the effort to keep the interests of the customer first, rather than the "increase revenue" that I have gotten at other dealerships. More

Luckily, I know that as long as I am making my purchases from this dealership that I'm in good hands. Greg exhibits excellent customer service and always goes above and beyond for my family and me. When my car was delivered, I had another great experience with Lindsey Harper, who with patience and humor walked me through the myriad of features my BMW was equipped with. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the systems. I would highly recommend Lindsey and Jason if you're in the market for a BMW. P.S. Mike Donohue, the Business Manager did a terrific job with his piece of the transaction also. He thoroughly explained everything related to this purchase. More

BMW of Cincinnati North is our dealer of choice for a superb end to end experience. On the previous cars the Service Team here has been excellent. On this experience where we purchased a new X5, Nick Markoff gave us excellent attention. But the deal maker was the "genius " of Lindsey Harper. Her patience, attention to detail and the best product knowledge we have ever seen really made this a superb buying experience. We are very happy with the purchase, and very happy that we have the Team at Cincinnati North to continue to support us. More
