Cute car at a great deal! I called about a cute BMW 1 series I found on autotrader. It seemed too good to be true! My first concern was had it been smoked in as I am severely allergic to cigarette smoke. It was towards the end of the day and the person I spoke to contacted Greg (who ended up being my sales person) to find out more anout the car. They immediately called me back and gave me very encouraging details including that the car had not been smoked in. The car I was interested in had originally been sold by this dealership and the owner brought it back the trade for a new BMW from the same dealership which I felt was encouraging. Greg knew a complete history on the car and was able to provide me a lot of information enough so that I wanted to see it. I came in the next day drove the car we started talking numbers and within one days time I drove out of here with my adorable BMW one series. I love my car and I loved working with everyone at BMW north but Greg made the process especially enjoyable and was easy to deal with. I highly recommend you see Greg Sewell if you are looking for a car. More

Service I had a great experience with the service department although I am disappointed with the change to no longer give loaner vehicles for shorter service I had a great experience with the service department although I am disappointed with the change to no longer give loaner vehicles for shorter service appointments. One of the reasons I have kept coming to BMW of Cincinnati North was the policy of giving vehicles while my BMW was being serviced no matter how long the appointment. This was extremely convenient for me and allowed to me to drop my vehicle off without missing time from work. I cannot afford to wait one or two hours for my BMW to be serviced and am extremely disappointed in this new policy. I hope this policy will be revisited as I feel this is penalizing loyal customers like myself who did not abuse the use of loaner vehicles. More

So I had to drive 400 mile to purchase this vehicle. Greg Sewell was the sales person I worked with. He is a very kind man which made the hole transaction VERY pleasant! from start to finish. The hole team was great to me, from offering me beverages and lunch. Jonathan from finance made that part of the transaction fast and pleasant, Aatir Barlas is very helpful on explaining the BMW i3 functions when I was there and on the phone with items on the i3 that I can not figure out myself. And there was a sales person who's name I do not remember he was helpful also in explaining i3 because he also own a black i3. I have never, NEVER, had a totally positive experience in all that time until purchasing my first BMW at this dealer with his management, service, sales, and finance staff. My 2016 M235i now has over 18K trouble free miles, and yet Nick Markoff was happy to help resolve an appearance issue that I had not noticed until then. Great product, excellent leadership great attitudes of their personnel.. Trust these folks to do the right thing. You won''t be disappointed! More

My car was serviced on time as predicted and I was kept up to date during the process. It was a pleasant experience as always. I am in my 4th year as a BMW of Cincinnati North customer and this has been the level of service I have received over that time. I believe in business that "you are only as good as your people" and this is a perfect example of that teaming philosophy in practice. More
