Gave us the run around why they couldn't do it and their quote for the key was $50.00 higher than other dealer. We went to another dealer and they accommodated us immediately. Highly recommend going somewhere else even if you have to drive a good distance. More

This purchase was made in exceptionally difficult circumstances - I was arranging the purchase from Europe on the eve of my relocation back to the U.S., and needed to have the car shipped from Ohio to VA. Buying a car sight unseen is always a nerve-wracking experience, but Brad and the team made this an incredibly smooth and efficient process. Brad made sure I was happy with the car by providing detailed information, and also prepped it to perfection. This is hands down the most professional and trustworthy dealership I have ever worked with, and I intend to do further business with them despite the distance. I would like to start by saying I received OUTSTANDING customer service from Brad Schultz from the moment I inquired about the vehicle online, up until the day I purchased the vehicle. Brad took the time to answer all of my questions and found solutions to ensure that I was comfortable and happy with the purchase. Also, what I really liked about Brad was his honesty during the entire process. Not one time did I feel as though Brad tried to force me into purchasing the vehicle if I was not 100% satisfied. In addition, Brad provided me with options to customize the vehicle to satisfy all of my “wants” versus encouraging me to buy a more expensive vehicle that came with all of the “bells & whistles.” That was a perfect example of honesty and good salesmanship! As an active duty member in the Air Force for the past 21 years, I would not have any fears that this dealership would try to take advantage of service members. Rather, this dealership took care of me and thanked me for my service to this country. I had a 40k service. They said they checked everything according to protocol. We went on a trip to North Carolina from Ohio 3 weeks later. The coolant had a low warning sign in Tennessee in the misdle of nowhere. We called BMW to ask if the coolant was checked. Tim, the service manager said it was checked by his reputable mechanic. I said that it was unacceptable that a coolant level checked would give a low warning in 3 weeks later. I told him it was a horrible service and my family could have been stranded in the middle of nowhere. He said that he is sorry and that’s all he could do and if I’m unhappy I should go to another facility. I’ll leave my review to that and you be the judge. More
