I was undecided about trading in my car when I went in, and he patiently set up test drives with a couple different models and made sure I understood the technology available for each. When I finally made a decision, I ended up leasing instead of buying, bought a different car than the one I had originally intended, and Clay dealt with all of these changes with a smile. I purposely went back to the dealership to work with him, as I knew I would be treated fairly and it would be a great experience. More
Flat tire....replaced quickly Had a screw in my run flat tire....attendant that greeted me was very nice, efficient and took care of me quickly with no appointment. Remote start Took x5 in due to remote start not working. Had it for three days an found out that a software update made the remote start to not work. Chris took my complaint about excessive oil consumption seriously, and didn’t just tell me that it was “normal” to use a qt of oil every 1500-2000 mil Chris took my complaint about excessive oil consumption seriously, and didn’t just tell me that it was “normal” to use a qt of oil every 1500-2000 miles, like other BMW dealers have. Problem was traced to a faulty oil separator — again something no one else had suggested. I will get this fixed next month when I return from a trip. More
