After multiple visits, trade appraisals and a lot of patience, we scheduled delivery of our new X3 and were very delighted with the welcome process at the dealership and the time spent going over the new car. They had it immaculately detailed and completely ready to go. The paperwork was painless and we spent more time learning the new car than doing any paperwork.
