From the minute I walked in, it was clear this was not a 'typical dealership.' My sales rep, Brad, was personable, knowledgeable, and maybe most importantly, low-pressure. He helped make sense of the inventory and available features, but he didn't press me on making a decision or picking a particular (read: more expensive) vehicle. Once I made the decision to buy, Brad and the finance manager, Mike, had the car and the documents teed up so by the time I arrived, I was in and out in under an hour. Completely painless. I've never been a fan of car dealerships, but I *am* a fan of BMW of Cincinnati North. I'll certainly be back. More

THIS DEALERSHIP RECORDS CUSTOMER CALLS IN PERSONAL PHONES Today i was here at the dealership to lease a BMW X3 and i drove all the way from Columbus because the person i was dealing with said me on the call Today i was here at the dealership to lease a BMW X3 and i drove all the way from Columbus because the person i was dealing with said me on the call and chatted with me over the phone a complete different number and when i drove to the dealership he gave me a complete rip off number and said what i quoted over the chat with him was a fake number? 1.The person who i was dealing with told me that go a buy a Mazda instead of an X3 for the price i was asking which is completely rude. 2.He recorded my telephonic conversation with him in his personal phone without telling me and tried to blame me saying that he told me the right price which he was bluffing with me in the dealership ( which eventually he could not prove) 3.Before coming to the dealership in Cincinnati as i live in Columbus I insisted him that i will only fill the credit application if he agrees to give me the car for the price i quoted as i don't want to drive 240 miles round trip from my home and if he can't honor it i am fine , inspite of this i have text message saying that he will honor the price if i have good credit.. i told the guy that i don't know my score but i submitted the application online as he requested and requested him to see if i was qualified 3 days before i travelled to this dealership and he did not even say anything about pre qualification or anything which is what i am highly dis-satisfied... if he cannot do the price he should have told me upfront that he cannot do the deal , rather than telling me what i chatted with him was fake and go and buy Mazda? really? how shame on you. I am going to take a legal action about recording my voice without my concern and blaming me falsely for what i did not utter a word and did not even apologize for the crap they did for me today at the dealership and i am going to complain to the BBB for the rude behavior you had with me today at the dealership. This is a shame on you guys with so many positive reviews and treating a customer like this who travelled all the way to give a business to you guys. More

My scheduled maintenance was taken care of as well as the diagnostics for a muffler problem. Kyle arranged for valet service to pick up the loaner. Nick brought my car back while I was at work. That service was unexpected and very much appreciated. More
