Mike was thorough, professional and efficent taking me through the paperwork and financing options. I never felt pressured or rushed at any step of the process but rather had my options laid out for me with pros and cons to allow me to make an informed decision. Several others on the team were involved in taking me for a test drive, showing me the features of the vehicle, etc. and everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. Quick easy and honest I thought my wife's X3 was due for an oil change. Chris told me she only had 4,500 miles on the car since last Aug. when it was changed. They would do I thought my wife's X3 was due for an oil change. Chris told me she only had 4,500 miles on the car since last Aug. when it was changed. They would do it of course but recommend we wai a couple of thousand mile or 3-4 months before it is changed. Save me some money, Thanks Chris. More
