Easy and fast car buying experience I began my car search at another dealership and was so turned off by the salesperson that I considered not getting a car at this time. On a whim I ema I began my car search at another dealership and was so turned off by the salesperson that I considered not getting a car at this time. On a whim I emailed Qasim off of the website and he could not have been more friendly or helpful. He accommodated the price I was looking for and was able to conduct 99% of the sale via email. Jo Carter helped walk through the particulars and review the sale with me and she could not have been warmer either. It was a great experience and my car came in 3weeks exactly as predicted. I appreciate all of the attention and follow up and would not hesitate to recommend Qasim, Jo or this dealership. More

Great Service Department As the owner of an older BMW I had given up on most other BMW dealerships and do most of my own maintenance. However due to the good reviews I have se As the owner of an older BMW I had given up on most other BMW dealerships and do most of my own maintenance. However due to the good reviews I have seen on this service center I decided to give them a try in a last ditch effort to solve my mysterious problem that has been ongoing for the past several years (power surging between 2500 and 3000 rpm). I was hoping to find somebody willing to talk about the issue with me rather than just plug in a computer and tell me that nothing is wrong. The last dealership where I asked if they had anybody familiar with the M54 engine, they had no idea what I was talking about! Fortunately, my service advisor Dana was extremely knowledgeable with the reprogramming and reflash process and enlisted the help of the shop foreman Ryan Laber, who came out front to test drive the vehicle and troubleshoot the issue. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the older BMWs and a true enthusiast. He had the problem resolved very quickly and explained what the issue with the software was and how he fixed it. A problem that has ruined my driving experience for years and has stumped other independent shops and dealerships alike, was a simple and affordable fix thanks to Dana and Ryan. More
