I wasn't greeted when I was in the lot looking at cars which surprised me, but once I went inside and asked for a salesman, the service was much better. Little disappointed about the deal I was given though. They gave me the KBV on my trade-in; however comparing the KBV of the car I bought from them, they were way above it (50%) and didn't budge. Thought that was a bit unfair and illustrated a double standard on their part; should of walked away at that point. Other than that, I thought the treatment of the staff was great and I would definitely buy another car from this dealer IF they are willing to not have a double standard on their sales tactics anymore. Then a week later we revisited Frank and asked for a BMW 3 instead. A used, white one with M-sport package.
