Poor service!! I have bought two new vehicles from this dealership in the past. I still own one of them. I have called 4 times over the last two days to speak to someone regarding a repair and I continually get voicemail or a rude operator who brusquely sends me to the parts department (for a service question) where I get voicemail. Terrible service. Even the BMW store is better than this. More

Fast, easy and efficient. Drove buy the dealership while running errands and saw the car I wanted. Made one inquiry and was in the car by 9:00 am the following morning. Completely painless process and got a nice (immaculate) 2-year old X3 M-Sport. Could not be happier and my wife loves it. I may never get to drive it. Fantastic Dealership We had a mechanical issue with 2006 530i when on travel to Cincinnati. They looked at my car the very next day but repairs were over $5000. Chose to r We had a mechanical issue with 2006 530i when on travel to Cincinnati. They looked at my car the very next day but repairs were over $5000. Chose to replace the car with a 2016 certified preowned 2016 535i X drive. They gave me a good price and this car had the M sport package I was looking for.
