Explained my expectations and they reacted accordingly and the car was ready as promised when I came to test drive it. We had worked out all details upfront, including paperwork. So my purchase experience took less than two hrs, from arriving and test driving until driving out from the lot with the keys in my hand! Very customer and service oriented!
