I explained I was located out of state and would need some extra support to complete the purchase and Brad more than met my expectations. As a long time BMW fan I was pleased to hear we shared some common interests and own similar cars. He provided all the requested information and history as well as very detailed pictures. Throughout the entire process he was friendly, competent and professional. He even offered to pick me up from the airport on my arrival into Cincinnati. The car was in excellent condition and was offered at a fair price. I'd also like to thank Qasim for his support as well. Explained my expectations and they reacted accordingly and the car was ready as promised when I came to test drive it. We had worked out all details upfront, including paperwork. So my purchase experience took less than two hrs, from arriving and test driving until driving out from the lot with the keys in my hand! Very customer and service oriented!
