Jon Ogden met with me on his scheduled day off (Sunday) simply based on a friends referral. Once aware of the price range and type of vehicle I was looking for Jon was able to meet my expectations. Darrin made the paperwork easy to undersatnd and simple to complete. I am a bit surprised the previous occupant (this was a demo) music and personal preferences hadn't been wiped clean befor passing the car to me, but this was rectified by Jon immediately. Brad's professionalism, customer focus, product knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to make the car buying process as smooth as possible earned him our repeat business. His performance during the X5 purchase was superb, outpacing our experience some 3 years ago. We were cheerfully greeted by Brad Schultz and from that point on our experience was the best experience we ever had buying a car. There was no pressure to buy. Typical service from a dealer - out to make a buck at the expense of their customers. Went in for a warranty claim. Their equipment would not "communicate" with my car. They wanted me to pay for electrical expense of their customers. Went in for a warranty claim. Their equipment would not "communicate" with my car. They wanted me to pay for electrical diagnostics. Other independent BMW facilities have no problem. They wanted to charge me to time spent there, I refused and walked out. For good. In short, I was appaled but not surprised. More

We purchased a 7 series BMW almost 2 years ago. When we first bought it our sales guy was great at getting back to us in a timely manner. When we started having a few problems with our car and tried to reach Brad he stopped answering our calls and never returned our calls despite the messages we would leave on his work phone. We had no other choice, but to reach out to the BMW store in Cincinnati. Although we didn't purchase our vehicle from them they took much better care of us. We are a BMW family and one of the reasons we have been so long has been due to the great customer service that keeps us coming back. Jake Sweeney needs to reevaluate their customer service approach because it's not working. If your going to buy a BMW I suggest you buy it from a dealer who truly cares. More
