My husband made the first visit, took a test drive of a pre-owned Z5 with Brad and had a bunch of questions that Brad looked into. A day or so later, I was brought in to take a test drive of the same car, and Brad took all the time that I needed. He was the ideal sales person for me; not too heavy on overselling the car, taking the time that we needed, addressing all questions and then making sure that the car was perfect. He even drove it to our house after the tow assembly was added. He wanted it to be just right. We very much appreciated all of his attention to detail. This is our third BMW. The other two were bought at another Cincinnati BMW dealership. Brad and Jake Sweeney BMW gave us a much better experience than we have had in a long time at the other dealership. We highly recommend both Brad and Jake Sweeney. Even though we live on the other side of town, we plan to have all of our three BMWs serviced at Jake Sweeney; the customer service was that good.
