From their general manager, Robert making sure my visit was amazing, to the friendly interaction with my service writer, Kyle, all the way to Evan performing the first scheduled service on my new BMW, the experience was top notch. Kyle even gave me a gift card to get lunch at a local restaurant and their complimentary Starbucks and wifi allowed me to not fall behind on my work. I was also has the option of them giving me a loaner but for the prompt service they provided (considering I was 1.5 hours early for my appointment) I didn't feel the need for it. Overall amazing experience and 5 stars to the staff at BMW of Cincinnati, where they aren't there to nickel and dime you on your service needs. More
