Besides having one of the most impressive BMW inventories in the Mid West, the staff at BMW of Cincinnati North actually cares about their customers buying and service experience. Throughout the process, Chris provided us with hands down the best car buying experience we've ever had! Besides being an overall great guy, he knows tons about these cars. He was able to teach my wife (who knows nothing about BMWs or car technology) everything there is to know about the two cars we bought. Once we decided what we wanted, there was no waiting around for 2-3 hours trying to get the transaction done - we were out the door in record time with new cars. Chris introduced us to Mike Donohue in the finance department who had all the documentation prepared in a very organized manner. Couple of signatures, a check, and small talk and we were out of there! These cars aren't cheap, but I felt a sense of pride knowing my hard earned money was going to a dealership and salesman who gave us their undivided attention and best effort to help us find some cars we wanted. On top of that, we made some friends along the way! Beautiful facilities, exceptional staff, and a huge inventory. What more could you ask for? More

Worst car buying experience I went to look at a car on your lot and was denied service. It was for a used car that had 50k miles. When I arrived, I had to talk numbers before e I went to look at a car on your lot and was denied service. It was for a used car that had 50k miles. When I arrived, I had to talk numbers before even getting behind the wheel of the car. In this trip to the dealership I was never asked if I wanted to test drive a different car. The following day we went back to see if we could test drive another car and was denied service as well. It started by a different sales associate greeting us, and asking how he could help us. We stated we would like to test drive the car. He said he would go and get the keys. A little while later, he came back out and stated that the person we spoke to the previous day said we had to talk numbers before even getting behind the vehicle(it's pretty poor that the salesman couldn't even show his face, rather have another person do his work). So we were talking and the second salesman started saying concepts that were totally idiotic, such as the car handles different in these types of conditions(the weather was cloudy, but the ground was dry), and that he was apart of the new car team, and wasn't 100% sure on the used car sales. It's pretty poor customer service when a dealership denies someone because they think the person will just joy ride their cars. Yes I young, yes I don't look like I could afford much, and lastly look like I can handle the power(being handycapped), but didn't someone ever tell this dealerships sales team that they should judge a book by its cover? Two, at multiple other high end dealerships all I had to do was show them my license and I was able to get behind the wheel(as well as take cars for the full day to test drive). When searching for my next car, I will go out of my way to not only stay off this dealership, but every Jake Sweeney dealership. More

As our lease was not quite ready to expire we had specific needs which we felt only the outgoing 2016 vehicles could satisfy (okay it's the last of the 4/50k warranty). After visiting three other dealers we decided to checkout this dealership and it turned out to be a very satisfying experience. From my first phone call to them to the initial meeting with Chris Lykins we were treated with great respect and understanding of the price and requirements of our next lease. Chris worked with us over several hours to ensure he and his Manager (Ed Best) could put us in the car and price that we had in mind. As the end of business hours came to a close there was never any pressure not to walk out and return another day. The experience from there even got better as we took the delivery of our new 2016 BMW 428i xDrive. This dealership does it right and Chris made it easy for us. This is our 4th BMW purchase in a two BMW household and we wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Cincinnati North BMW and ask for Chris Lykins before you sign, with someone else! More

After finally pursuading them to look into BMW they decided they wanted to test drive a new BMW X3. After a day of test driving at Porsche, Jaguar, MB and Audi, we pulled up to Jake Sweeney BMW at 4:30 and they closed at 6. We walked in and waited and waited to be helped but to no avail. Finally a young lady helped us but said she wasn't in sales but would "try to help us." She was very nice and answered all my parents questions. She told us that tonight the Christmas party for Jake Sweeney and she was excited. When the time came for test drive, she said she needed my parents insurance. The entire day at all the other dealers this was never asked of us and I had been driving so my parents didn't think to bring theirs as they're in the car. So we were told it's because "someone lied to us and they didn't have insurance so I'm sorry, it's our policy." Thought this was odd but we go to get our test drive car and this rep has us all walking around the lot for 10-15 mins in the freezing cold while she attempts to find a "retired service loner 2017 x3" to no avail she can't find it. Then we find out that the retired service loaner is the sales floor car. Thought this was odd and that brand new ones would be on the floor. So we finally get another car to drive and the car sold itself but the lack of professionalism did not. As soon as we pulled back in the associates seemed to be waiting on us so they could all go to the party and told this Rep that they'd be at the Mexican place down the street and to meet her there. We didn't even get a packet or any info. As an avid BMW supporter, this experience left me truly, truly disappointed that I ever talked up how respectful and professional the BMW company was. Definitely won't be recommending any other of my friends or family to this dealer. We were treated haphazardly and like we were a bother to be rushed out. More

I reached out for a quote via the internet and connected with Clay Moorhead. He was prompt in responding and following up without being pushy. I went in to meet him and he was going to connect me with another sales person but I asked to stay with him since we had quickly developed a rapport. I ordered a car that day and that's when Clay asked if I had ever considered taking delivery at the BMW Performance Center in Spartanburg, SC. I had never heard of it before. Long story short, that's what Clay set up for me and it was the BEST car pickup experience in my life! OFF THE SCALE. I highly recommend it. Clay was super to work with and made sure I was satisfied with my entire experience. I would highly recommend BMW of Cincinnati North as a dealership AND Clay as a sales associate. More

Then came choosing the equipment, color and locating the vehicle that met my requirements. Jon Ogden was so patient, so helpfulnd and never pressured me at any time. Jon went the extra mile on many fronts including working with other associates (Chris Hundley) to find and bring in other customers cars so i could actually see multiple colors on my model in person side by side. Price was great, they put together a very attractive and aggressive deal. I was very impressed by the entire staff. More
