Originally I was planning to go to the Silver Spring BMW location based on proximity to my house. The associate there did not have the enthusiasm and followup as one would expect..., *even though* if I tes location based on proximity to my house. Maybe a neon sign hanging around my neck that I was ready to buy, would've helped? Ron, from first phone call to introduce himself to the final congrats regarding the new purchase, was awesome to work with. Even my good friend and my wife loved how personable he was when they talked to him. He has convinced me and others that have met him, that they would check with him when they are interested in buying a new BMW. Consummate professional and a nice guy all around. I was a bit nervous as I came from out of state and purchased my vehicle ahead of time. Harold was fabulous, from beginning to end. I have interests in new 2024 X5, there's only a few on the lot and none of them has the exact options/color combination that I really like. My sales agent Jae Lim is very nice guy, he helped me to look the lot and none of them has the exact options/color combination that I really like. My sales agent Jae Lim is very nice guy, he helped me to look around these cars on lot and explained the differences of options and also sat down & worked out the actual cost with/without trade-in etc. Finally, I picked the final options/colors that I want, and decided to pull the trigger, Jae helped me to secure an allocation in May, and now I have received my new X5! BEWARE when doing transactions with Jerry. Seemed like an approachable man when and had good conversation after working with his salesman Andy, who by the way is AWESOME!! Went in to look at used vehicle, after discussing pricing on the purchase and trade of a vehicle we left off on a certain amount in the evening and advised them I would think about it overnight, come to find out the the following day came back and increased the original amount we were at by $4k with no real clear explanation, even have text messages between Andy & myself that contradicts what they are saying per the price increase. Disappointing to see how business is conducted on his end, very unprofessional and expected alot more. More
