Korey Matthews is by far the most amazing person to buy a car from. He is genuinely committed to getting the deal to close but never made us feel pressured. We actually left the dealership two days prior t car from. He is genuinely committed to getting the deal to close but never made us feel pressured. We actually left the dealership two days prior to our ultimate purchase saying that it was the best car buying experience we had ever had. Two days later I heard from Korey with additional information and we ended getting a vehicle that worked for us. We were treated like people rather than feeling like we were just another commission opportunity. I need more stars to rate Korey the way he truly deserves because 5 is not enough! 😊 More

Best car buying experience ever. Brian was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and basically made buying our car a pleasure. Andrew got us in and out of his office quickly, which we really appr knowledgeable, professional, kind, and basically made buying our car a pleasure. Andrew got us in and out of his office quickly, which we really appreciated during this pandemic. (One star off the dealership as they need to do a better job ventilating the business office - perhaps a portable HEPA filter.) We will definitely return to BMW of Catosville the next time we shop for a car. More
