My rating and recommendation of this dealership has drastically reduced over the past few months. After buying a X 5 for my wife last December and trading my Yukon in on that car, I looked at replacing drastically reduced over the past few months. After buying a X 5 for my wife last December and trading my Yukon in on that car, I looked at replacing it with an X 7. After working with brian Brennan, who by the way represents the dealershio extremely well, I decided it was too small and purchased another Yukon. After doing so I remembered that when I bought the wheel and tire insurance I was told if I sold the car I would be refunded the remainder of the premium. I cantacted Brian and he had me send him the information and gave it to the appropriate people. I heard from someone it would probably take a few months. That time went by and I saw an email from Ms. McCarthey and contacted her. I received a call from someone at the dealership that Fidelity handled it and they didn't know where the process was and they usually don't hear from Fidelity. He said he would look into it. 2 more weeks have passed and I have heard nothing. I believe if a dealership that had the quality that you did, would not let this type of customer service continue.
