Outstanding Customer Service This is the fifth BMW I have owned, first used one that I have purchased. I thought I had made the 100 mile trip for nothing, but as it worked out they had exactly what I was looking for. I can not say enough good things about Joshua Kem, he was the best sales person I have ever dealt with while purchasing a car. In the past 45 years I have bought a lot of cars and trucks, and this was my best experience with purchasing a vehicle. Joshua was extremely knowledgeable of the options and how they work on the BMW X-3 I was interested in. He made the complete experince so pleasant that my wife said this was too easy compared to what we have experienced at other dealerships. Chris was easy to work with, greeted us as we first arrived but was not pushy. He was knowledgeable about the car we were looking at and was able to answer my questions.
