My first experience with the dealership was so good that I knew right away there was no use to look any where else for better service. when it comes service time they not only give your car a good over all service,they will clean and shine it up as well. when you need to fly out of asheville,they will drop you off and pick you,saving you airport parking fees and might just shine up your car to. Trent Braswell worked long after closing time in order to get me the best deal he could on my trade in. He is a honest,hard working young man that deserves a pat on back. I bought my CPO'd BMW from BMW of Asheville a few months ago. I had found the vehicle I was looking for online through one of the auto search engines. It was the model I was looking for, and equipped with the options I was looking for. Unfortunately I was located almost 1000 miles away and had an older BMW I wanted to trade in. I contacted BMW of Asheville directly and didn't expect a deal to materialize logistically. Boy was I surprised! Robert Wood (Woody), their internet sales manager, went out of his way to reassure me that they would be willing to accept my trade in (after on-site inspection of course) and we worked out an amazing deal online/over the phone before I left for NC. Woody even sent me a walkaround video of the car he made the day after I made contact with the dealership to make sure I could see the car was as-advertised. My wife and my young son accompanied me on our 1000 mile trek to NC in my trade-in car, and we arrived near closing time on a Friday. Again, Woody went out of his way to stay after closing and finalized the paperwork on the spot. We were back on our way home in my CPO BMW in under 2 hours of arriving at BMW of Asheville! I have never, even been treated this well by any dealership in the purchase of a car (new or used). The whole process was so easy that both my wife and I found ourselves walking out of there thinking, "It can't be this easy - there must be a catch?" No catch...it really was a easy, professional, and welcoming transaction. If BMW of Asheville were my local dealership (even if not, just look at my experience), I would encourage you to check them out. More

Usually, after the sale,the salesman can't wait to get you out the door. Well that does not happen in Asheville, NC. No sir, it has been a while since we drove out with the new X5, but everytime we come b you out the door. Well that does not happen in Asheville, NC. The service overall is above expectations, but to have a sales man followup to insure satisfaction is not the usual case. We cannot say enough about Trent and our experience with him as a sales associate. We traded in a vehicle and he worked very hard with the manager; Steve Knupp, (who we also have nothing but praise for) to get us a fair trade in as well as a good price on our purchase. They were fair beyond our expectations and they have provided superior customer service. We were deciding initially between the BMW and another dealership/car and our minds were made up that we would select BMW; especially working with Trent, after our initial meeting with him and Steve. Trent sat with us, spoke openly and honestly with us which we greatly appreciated and were not expecting and then followed through with everything he said he would. There was no "sales pitch", there were no empty promises and our expectations were far exceeded. We were and continue to be impressed with the entire staff at Fletcher BMW. We can walk in the dealership and other sales associates always speak to us, the service coordinators are amazing (they flex and bend to meet your needs more so than any other dealership I have ever experienced) and we have been very pleased with all work we have had done (routine) as well as BMW service is unmatched in the industry. We would recommend Fletcher BMW to anyone and especially Trent Braswell as a sales associate. If you want honesty, someone that does what he says he will do and genuinely appreciates you being there, then Trent is who you need to visit! We were in the market for at least one car and we wanted an all wheel drive for the winter - our saleperson was Robert Wood ( Woody ) at the BMW of Asheville Dealership. The whole process was enjoyable which is a hard thing to say when it comes to buying a car. The negotiation was fast and fair. Robert was very attentive on the delivery of the car and explaining all the features. We weren't going to get anopther car for a awhile but we were so happy with the experience and they had another vehicle that fit - so we bought it. I know other people who would never deal with this dealership in the past that have since bought two cars themselves - which says alot about the people who are operating the dealership now.
