Not only was he helpful during the sales process, he was instrumental in helping me with a seat repair that was promised before I bought the car. I took the car back to this dealer and their people could not make the repair. I live about 70 miles from Asheville and I asked Trenton if he could set-up someone to repair the seat from my area. Not only did he find some (and fast) the repair guy he set up came to my office and did the repair on site. I bought of 2000 Z3 and Trenton treated me just as if I were buying a new 7 Series. The service was beyond my wildest expections. More
