- BACK repeatedly for the same issues! Parts NEEDED replacing and under warrenty, but dealer wouldn't replace items. Picked up the car after they "worked" on it. Great experience and I have bought BMW's in the past from other dealers where I would not be able to say that. Started the transaction through the internet and found the entire negotiation and purchase to be other dealers where I would not be able to say that. Got a fair trade on an older BMW and walked out with an almost new and very nice 135i convertible. I am someone who always does a lot of research on the cars I buy and I really was impressed by the deal and the people I dealt with. I recommend them highly. More

Trenton was great! I have never purchased a BMW and he was helpful in explaining what extras we might want and which ones wouldn't work for us.
