In review of the sales experience at BMW of Asheville, I have enjoyed working with Trenton Braswell through the years. I have purchased two BMWs there. The first one was used, and the second car was just have enjoyed working with Trenton Braswell through the years. I have purchased two BMWs there. The first one was used, and the second car was just received from the European delivery program. Both sales experiences were pleasant and easy. Trent is a knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to please salesman. He is always willing to answer questions and research what he does not know. Overall, I would recommend this dealership and specifically Trenton. More
We have dealt with BMW of Asheville for servicing and leasing in the past and found them always to be a great dealership. This year we were in the market to purchase a X-5 and a 535i so of course we wen leasing in the past and found them always to be a great dealership. This year we were in the market to purchase a X-5 and a 535i so of course we went directly to BMW of Asheville. The staff was very professional and courteous throughout the entire sales process. We spoke first with Steve Knupp and then to Trenton Braswell (both of which were so very friendly). Steve was extremely fair with valueing of the two vehicles we wanted to trade in. Trenton was very personable and more importantly very knowledgeable of the features each car possessed. He kept us informed via telephone and e-mail as to the progress of the cars we ordered. He helped make the paper process of buying the cars a smooth one. We would definitely recommend BMW of Asheville to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW. This was my first BMW dealer visit. I took a test drive with Trent. He was very helpful but not the pushy sales type. I called him back in a couple of days with more questions and then I decided to buy. with Trent. He was very helpful but not the pushy sales type. I have since had several visits to the Service department for the installation of Carbon Fiber interior pieces and all went smoothly. I visit the dealer about once every 10 days for a free car wash ( which they undoubtedly offer so you can drool over the new models-----and buy one---which will probably happen at some point :-) More
We were very pleased with the prompt appointment for servicing our X5. The staff was very professional and courteous offering us refreshments in the waiting room. After enjoying some coffee and muffins, my wife was impressed with the 750LI on the showroom floor. After looking at it more intently, I also was impressed with the features. Trenton Braswell approached us and asked if he could be of assistance. He offered other alternative models, one of which really caught our eye. The 750LI on the lot, an executive car, not titled with all the amenities was one that Trenton suggested we take on a test drive. Of course we loved it. It was raining so we wanted to come back the next day to look at the car in the sun and make our decision. We were surprised that Trenton took the extra measure to drive this car home for the evening to learn more about it's features and to answer more questions that we had in store. Trenton was very helpful in educating us on the featured options on this 750LI. Trenton was quick to accommodate us with all that we had asked. We purchased the vehicle and have been in for some last minute appointments. Everything that Trenton has done for us has been beyond our expectations and more. He is the greatest! More

The dealership service department did a great job. My car runs like new. Mr. Locey kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle while it was being serviced and explained to me what repairs had to be ma car runs like new. Trenton is the greatest Sales person my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of working with.... and that is saying alot for the number of cars we have purchased in our 30 years of marriage.. He knows the BMW product in and out. anytime we have had a question he has always been there to answer and help in any way possible via email, return phone calls etc... We love his personality!!! Such a genuine all around nice guy!!... We will be trading in the next 2 years and we will certainly be back the to this dealership and hope to be working with Trenton once again!! ... In Dec '10, I had the pleasure of working with "Woody" in purchasing an '08 328XI. I received what I felt was a very fair trade-in value for an '06 Jaguar XType and ended up purchasing the BMW wi "Woody" in purchasing an '08 328XI. I received what I felt was a very fair trade-in value for an '06 Jaguar XType and ended up purchasing the BMW without even a test-drive. I knew Woody from my previous purchases at another dealership and was very confident and comfortable in his approach to business and making the deal "right". I had to leave for business right away and the road conditions were not suitable for taking the car off of the lot, but when I arrived back to my place of business, Woody was nice enough to receive in my newly acquired toy. That's service. I always enjoy seeing Woody when I stop by for a cup of coffee. Given this great experience, I most recently purchased another BMW in Mar of '11 from Trenton who provided exceptional service as well. I originally asked for Woody but he was on vacation. Although I started to leave, I remembered on previous occasions seeing a young man who always seemed to be wearing suspenders, was dressed sharp, and had a spring in his step, so I asked to speak to the "man wearing suspenders". Trenton came up, introduced himself with a smile and the journey to an X5 diesel began. I explained to him that Woody had been on the lookout for such an X5 and it just so happened that the perfect car had just come on the lot...9K miles, everything we could possibly want. After a lot of effort on Trenton and Steve's part over the course of two days to work a suitable trade-in value for our RR, and many phone calls to dealers and potential interested individuals, we came to a deal suitable for all of us. Tading cars can be excruciating, but the two scenarios above were seamless and I left feeling like I was treated fairly and that the salesmen were true professionals. When I came through the door, I wasn't seen as a commission check. That means a lot. We now have what I believe can be a long-term business relationship built on trust.
