I was not planning on buying a BMW but had to pass by on the way home. I stopped in and they had a car that fit what I was looking for Trent was my salesperson. I didn't want to rush into any decisions. Tre the way home. I stopped in and they had a car that fit what I was looking for Trent was my salesperson. I didn't want to rush into any decisions. Trent and the manager respected me and my wanting to take my time. I returned the following day and again needed to see if there was another car that could possibly be a better choice. After spending much time with me, I finally settled on the first car I saw. I felt no pressure and was very happy with my choice. I am excited that this dealership will take me to the airport, keep my car for safe keeping and make sure that I am either picked up, or that my car will be there waiting for me! The service is what made my decision in buying a car from this dealership. More

We have bought BMWs from Asheville previously and never hesitate to call Trent for advice or an opinion. He always has time for us and we value his opinion. We are only in NC for the summer but prefer to hesitate to call Trent for advice or an opinion. He always has time for us and we value his opinion. We are only in NC for the summer but prefer to purchase a vehicle here because they are friendly, knowledgable and Never pressure you into a quick decision. Closing the deal was very quick and efficient with Linda Clark. The car was beautifully detailed and immaculate inside. We thank Asheville BMW for their outstanding service and thanks to Trent for his thorough and thoughtful care. We will return! More

I have purchased many cars through the years, but this was by far the best sales experience I've had with an auto dealer. I found the car on the Internet, called the next day, and scheduled an appointmen was by far the best sales experience I've had with an auto dealer. I found the car on the Internet, called the next day, and scheduled an appointment to meet with the Internet Sales Mgr. From the time I met him, I felt like he was forthright and honest. He took the time to explain all the features and benefits of the car, and provided excellent service. As we negotiated the trade and sales price over the next few days, Woody was quick to respond to my questions and concerns. After agreeing on the price, the financing process was seamless and hassle-free and within an hour of arriving at the dealership, I was driving off in my new BMW. Overall, I would rate the dealership a "10" in all aspects of the sales process. More

The people at BMW of Asheville are friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. I had done some research on pricing of both the used car I wished to purchase, as well as the expected trade-in value on my knowledgeable, and fair. I got better than expected on both the purchase price and the trade.
