Don't buy from BMW of Asheville!!! I bought a pre-owned 2006 M5. It supposed to be a fun car to drive and also reliable. But a lot problems showed up after I bought it for a week!! I called the warranty co 2006 M5. It supposed to be a fun car to drive and also reliable. But a lot problems showed up after I bought it for a week!! I called the warranty company at the first time but they told me that BMW of Asheville didn't give them my warranty information. After over a week contacting them, I finally got to file a claim but they said they won't cover! It's a power train warranty and it says clearly cover engine problems includes valve etc. And they I found that the pulley of my car is also bad, it makes big noise every time I turn the steering wheel. I am still dealing with them now but am already waited for almost 3 weeks since the problem showed up and they didn't do anything about it. Don't buy from BMW of Asheville, they are bunch of liers, they sell cars with potential problems and they do nothing when you have problems! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU DO!!! More

I've been a BMW driver since 1991, and have lived and dealt with BMW dealerships all along the eastern seaboard...By far, BMW of Asheville is the most customer-oriented and customer-friendly of the 6 or dealt with BMW dealerships all along the eastern seaboard...By far, BMW of Asheville is the most customer-oriented and customer-friendly of the 6 or so dealerships in my experience... They anticipate your every need, such that even waiting for the service to be completed is not an inconvenience... Overall, purchasing from BMW of Asheville was a positive experience. Trenton worked very hard to make himself as available as possible to me. This is my 6th BMW and my first from BMW of Asheville. Trenton is one of the best car sales people I have worked with. He knows the product inside and out, is a no pressure sales guy and is the ONLY sale Trenton is one of the best car sales people I have worked with. Initially I wanted a certain car and it was not available at any dealership where I looked (Raleigh, Hickory, Atlanta, and Asheville). The dealerships did find some vehicles that I liked that would have to be shipped into their dealership. In general they were unwilling to work with me. Trenton went to work. In the beginning he did not have what I wanted or the terms were not what I wanted. While other dealerships stopped calling me, or they called just for to be courteous, Trenton went to work. He did call me to stay in touch. But, each time we made progress. Eventually we worked out a deal where I have a new car and terms that I wanted. More

This was the easiest, smoothest, actually enjoyable experience we have ever had! He goes above and beyond the expected, whether in person or over the phone. Yesterday my bluetooth device disconnected from the car and I couldn't figure our how to re-sync. I drove to the dealership (without calling first) hoping someone could help me. Trenton dropped what he was doing and easily fixed the problem. We will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle at Asheville BMW, and look forward to working with Trenton again!
