My service went just as Norman said. He gave me a great car at no cost for my two day service. Norman called me at the end of the first day and gave me a update on when my car would be ready. My friend next door to me had to take his Honda in for a recall and it took two days. He was not given a servic car and had to rely on me to get him to and from the Honda dealership. I just purchased a BMW X3 from BMW of Asheville and it was a great experience. Ask for Steve Gordon or Robert Wood “Woody”. Steve is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the different features and options. Before my car arrived Linda the finance manager called to get all the information she needed. The day my car arrived Woody had all my paperwork ready and he spent a lot of time showing me the features of my new car. He also helped me sync my phone and setup my satellite radio. I am looking forward to having them wash my car on Saturdays, parking my car when I fly out of the Asheville airport, and helping me get great tickets to the Asheville Symphony and to the Flat Rock Theatre. I love my new car and you will too. More

Trenton is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He is professional, courteous, know everything about each of the BMW's, and honest! My wife and I started looking at the X-5's just to compare to a different vehicle and thankfully we met Trenton. The test drive blew my mind and I could tell Trenton had a great grasp on all the car could do and was not just spoon feeding me info from a manual. When it came time to buy I felt zero pressure from Trenton he was solely focused on getting us exactly what we wanted. The price he came up with was fair and comparable to the same car at other dealerships. Our overall experience with Trenton was amazing and I recommend anyone going to BMW of Asheville to call in advance and set up and appointment with him (It's worth the wait to make sure you get him!) We gave the overall experience a 3 only because of having to deal with other employees at BMW of Asheville. To avoid that problem I can not reiterate enough to only deal with Trenton! More
This was my first BMW purchase after driving Acuras since 1987. I purchased a 2011 X3 in February 2012 from Trenton Braswell and it was the best "car buying" experience I have ever had. The "trade in" price 1987. I purchased a 2011 X3 in February 2012 from Trenton Braswell and it was the best "car buying" experience I have ever had. The "trade in" price they gave me on my 2008 Acura exceeded my expectations. I got a lower interest rate, then the one offered by my credit union and there was no need to negotiate price any further. Trenton took me out for a test drive of my BMW that was the most fun, with plenty of curvy roads that showed what the little SUV could handle. Trenton also spent over an hour in the SUV with me, going over everything. He even set up my i-phone for the blue tooth and helped me program the navigation system to get me home. We live in Seneca, SC and are actually closer to the BMW dealership in Greenville, but we drove to Asheville BMW, "just to look" and we are so glad we did! I'm sure this SUV has spoiled me for any other brand vehicle in the future. The entire buying experience has been the best, second only to the BMW driving experience! More
Trent helped me purchase my 535i and it was very smooth from the beginning to the final. I visited him numerous times and everytime he was happy and pleasant to help me. Trenton Braswell, on sales, is intelligent, knowledgeable, caring, and doggedly willing to please, going to extensive lengths to verify various of the accessories and add-ons selected for this knowledgeable, caring, and doggedly willing to please, going to extensive lengths to verify various of the accessories and add-ons selected for this car - even to attempting to verify the manufacturer of the tires that BMW would install on the car. Active cruise control was not listed as an available accessory but Trenton, nevertheless, confirmed, twice, with the factory that it wasn't and wouldn't be available for the selected model. He took the time necessary to familiarize me with the features of the vehicle, including "hooking up" with the BMW on-line emergency service. I cannot remember when I had a more pleasant experience buying a car. More
I found a BMW on cars.com from BMW Asheville and worked with Robert Wood. We worked out the price, my trade, and total out of pocket expenses via email. I live in Knoxville, TN and had planned on making the drive to get my vehicle, but I didn't have to! Once the deal was complete, about 1:30 in the afternoon, he had my car delivered. I signed the paperwork, gave them a check, and was driving my car by 7:00 the same evening. It was a wonderful experience. And easy. I highly recommend this dealership. More
