I own a BMW430i convertible and needed one of three plastic parts that seal the roof opening mechanism when the roof is closed. A reasonable price for the part would be $50 but given it’s a BMW, I expe plastic parts that seal the roof opening mechanism when the roof is closed. A reasonable price for the part would be $50 but given it’s a BMW, I expected to pay $200. Instead, I could only buy, as a kit, not only to other two plastic parts on the passenger side of the roof, but the three pieces on the driver’s side that are so unrelated they might be on another car. The cost: $1050! The parts come unpainted of course so they want another $100 for paint plus $150 to install. But it has now been 11 days, I still have no service date for installation and my service rep has not returned my call in 24 hours. Worst dealership for high end cars imaginable! More
Worst repair department in the country. They treat women abominably. Twice I've driven out of there with the "fix" unfixed. I don't think they test drive cars before returning them to customers. Plus, they charge twice as much as any other mechanic in WNC. Third rate service for top tier prices. No one answers the phone in their service department either. And they don't return calls. It's actually an excellent reason to buy a different type of car. I wish I had. More

My husband and I had been in a terrible accident and totaled our car. I wanted another BMW but I wanted a bigger one. David contacted us, sent us a link to what was available. We found exactly what we wanted and he worked with us through the entire process. Even after 3 months, David still checks in to see if there is anything we need. and I know I can get in touch with him most anytime if I have questions, such as, "What is this button for?". His knowledge of BMW automobiles is unlimited! The entire staff at BMW of Asheville was a pleasure to work with and an overall fabulous experience, even though we were dealing with such a difficult situation that brought us there in the first place. I think we've found the place that we'll most certainly make all of our BMW purchases! David is awesome and I feel like we have a friend for life! More
