Not sure what's going on, I have received better service at chevy for my suburban, which is saying something because they suck... I'm currently sitting at the dealership going on over 3 hours with very litt at chevy for my suburban, which is saying something because they suck... I’ve had my X5 since 2019 and LOVE IT. Alex was the greatest salesperson that took care of everything. Patrick is also great in service and goes out of his way to provide a loaner since I live 45 minut greatest salesperson that took care of everything. What I truly love is the location- I can go to Biltmore Park and shop if I do decide to wait on my car. Or I can eat from their cool cafe as well. I highly endorse this dealership!!! More
