Made appointment on line specifically because I had to wait - only needed inspection& emissions - took an hour& half to tell me I should replace brake pads so that was another hour plus - I guess that ma wait - only needed inspection& emissions - took an hour& half to tell me I should replace brake pads so that was another hour plus - I guess that maybe wouldn't have been so bad but a customer( husband& wife) & 2 daughters came in to salesman Matt - they put the girls in the waiting room where I was & totally ignored them- the younger one( about 6) was autistic and constantly yelled & grunted for over 1 1/2 hours- I sympathize the child is disabled but there should be a policy that children must stay with parents - it was totally ridiculous and made me rethink about coming back here again I left 3 hours later with a massive headache More
