Ryan is very helpful. Daniels made quick work of a pair of outstanding recalls. Only issue is previous user of the loaner car was inconsiderate enough to smoke a cigar in Daniels made quick work of a pair of outstanding recalls. Our experience with Daniels BMW/Mini began when we met Matt Murphy almost 2 years ago. HE was very efficient and not at all pushy. To this day, I’ve told friends looking for cars to contact him. Yesterday when Austin helped me it was another 5 star experience all over again. He was kind, easy to understand and respectful. After my service appointment I planned to take my car to be washed. What a pleasant surprise when Austin handed me my key and said they already did it for me! Looks like the floor mats were cleaned also. They went the extra mile. Truly a great way to start my day!
