Is it normal to look forward to dealing with the service department at a dealership? Well with me I do. I have never had a bad experience with Mini of Allentown. We have always been treated like family from our salesman Matt to my service rep Robin. Had a restraint fault that could not be figured out. Charged me a $50 deductible without repairing. Said someone may have spilled something on the seat or it may have been from a car phone cord. Nothing ever spilled and I don’t need a cord since my charger is built in. Also confirmed that this has been a problem with BMW and it’s being investigated. Almost hard to believe! More
