Rarely do you find an adviser of this caliber and expertise, but I have been fortunate enough to find such an adviser at BMW Portland, her name is Ingrid Jackson. I can't say enough good things about Ingrid, her experience, and the service she provides. Given my background as a ‘shade tree mechanic’, Ingrid has been wonderful to work with in discussing technical issues and helping untangle the myriad of BMW specifications and protocols. To summarize, I would highly recommend Ingrid Jackson to anyone looking for a service adviser – you won't be disappointed! More

I highly recommend buyers working with David and BMW Portland on their new or used BMW. Till yesterday, I had never owned a BMW in my life and was always an Audi customer. Today, I went in BMW showroom just to explore new deals/cars and an hour later I came out as a BMW owner. BMW 335i is a great car but what made the sale possible in such a short time was David's sales skills. David is an asset for any sales team. In our short interaction, he came across as an honest, committed and hardworking guy. I had several annoying questions and concerns about the lease but he addressed all of them in detail and came up with creative solutions remarkably fast. His interpersonal skills are excellent... we took the car for a spin and within 10 minutes we were talking like old friends. David knows what he is doing when it comes to closing a sale. With so many dealership to choose from now a days it is very difficult to differentiate between genuine customer service, and or a good deal when purchasing a new car ( or used). No rapport building or options were ever presented other than just buy this vehicle. They all added up to awful service. I've been looking for a car for my wife for months and after searching in the state of Washington I decided to extend the search to Oregon. Upon my search I stumbled upon BMW Portland. Upon my initial phone call to give them the vehicle I was looking for specifications the Sales representative provided me with a ton of information regarding the vehicles in stock. It sounded too good to be true like the rest. Upon my visit that all changed. BMW Portland staff’s attention to detail and over-the-top customer service made my wife and I feel right at home. Our sales representative David Padalskas was astonishingly amazing. There was no pressure, no this is the car you need, just plain o sincerity with no sales pitch. It was all about us. That set him apart from all the rest. In the process of our purchase we even had the opportunity to coincidentally meet the managers and they were as great.
