We walked into BMW Portland one day to look at the X1. Ty just happened to be the one who greeted us. He provided all kinds of words of wisdom about financing, vehicle features and options, color choices (very important to me!), and the European Delivery process. This was the best car purchase experience ever. Ty was great, the European delivery pick up process was an amazing experience, Edie is a beautiful car perfect for us, and the entire staff of BMW Portland was great as a whole. I was having issues with the navigation system after a recent update. Eric Devier is indeed a genius when it comes to the Nav System.
