I presented Mr. Dueber and Mrs. Kessler with a current problem with very recently Financed BMW; unfortunately, the other BMW dealership (also Lithia owned) took advantage of me. Not only did the staff fin problem with very recently Financed BMW; unfortunately, the other BMW dealership (also Lithia owned) took advantage of me. Not only did the staff find a way to fix it, but bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied with my final product. They will always have my business and I will gladly recommend them! Initially, we went in to BMW Portland have our 2004 5-series serviced; we learned that the vehicle required a number of repairs. Ingrid walked us through our service and repair options & we discussed the possibility of looking at purchasing a vehicle as opposed to making costly repairs on a 10 model year old car. She suggested we speak with a Sales Advisor and put us in touch with David. Ingrid was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient; her customer service was excellent. Over the course of the next week we worked with David to drive multiple vehicles and look at our purchase options. David was extremely well versed in the product line; answering all of our questions and ensuring we were comfortable with operating the vehicles during the test drives & understanding the various packages, etc. He never pressured us to purchase and was genuinely interested in ensuring that if we decided to purchase a new vehicle it would be the right vehicle for us; not something we settled for in a rush to make a sale. David has top notch customer service skills; making the customer the priority in all cases. His youth is engaging, but it should not be mistaken for lack of knowledge or experience; he is a car guy at heart and shares his vast experience with his customers. I highly recommend both Ingrid and David & the BMW Portland family. More
it always seems risky buying via the internet... but when you are able to work with a dealership and client advisor that are excellent I say 'its the BEST way to buy a car'... the vehicles on this dealer's w you are able to work with a dealership and client advisor that are excellent I say 'its the BEST way to buy a car'... the vehicles on this dealer's website were represented accurately... the client advisor who answered my email was Ian Killough and right from the start Ian helped to make me feel comfortable. what I liked about Ian: he listened to understand exactly what type of car we were looking for, he walked the lot 'while we were on the phone together checking out the cars for me', he followed up timely as promised, he responded timely to my emails promptly ... this guy was the real deal. when I drove 6 hours to the dealership to pick up the car, it was clean and ready to go...and meeting Ian in person was as pleasant as talking to him on the phone...he is a lovely chap... when the time is right... we'll buy another BMW from BMW Portland, and I'll make a point to look for Ian... thanks very much for the the great experience... I had called dealerships from Seattle to Sacramento trying to find a 2014 35d X5. I even called BMW of America and found out they were not being sold until January or February. I did talk to David Padg trying to find a 2014 35d X5. I even called BMW of America and found out they were not being sold until January or February. I did talk to David Padgalskas and he said he would search inventory to see what would be available for a 2013. I had talked to several dealers and David came back with exactly the color and options we were looking for. He had the X5 ready for us to view and stayed on until we arrived. My wife fell in Love with it immediately. She dreads any car deal and David made that experience so nice she was thrilled to go through the whole process from dealing to signing to driving off in the X5. Now that is really something for my wife to have said that to me and David. Once we decided on that X5 David spent a good hour going through everything on the car and showing us how it all works. He was very thorough and knowledgeable of everything he showed us. I am so pumped to buy my retirement car from him which will be a 328d or 335d. David has already sent me the "build my car" program. You can tell David is proud of the product he sells and we are a return buyer of the Ultimate Driving Machine. I came in the Friday after Thanksgiving for my first service on my 2013 X3. They provided me with a new 2014 328d for a loaner. I fell in love with it. I called Ingrid my Service Advisor to see if so service on my 2013 X3. They provided me with a new 2014 328d for a loaner. I fell in love with it. I called Ingrid my Service Advisor to see if someone from Sales could contact me about trading my X3 in for a new 328d. Later on in the evening I received a call and email from David P. He was very helpful in asking the right questions and stayed in communication consistently. A few days later he found a few matches and I came in and test drove the car. I wasn't sold on the color and him and Yazen suggested I take the car home for a few days to see if it would work or if we would continue our search for the right car. Turns out I loved the color and came in to do the paperwork a few days later. I did find out in the process the USB port in SOME of the 2014 models don't work with the newer iPhones and there is an additional adapter to purchase. I pointed this out to David and upon my surprise they included one in the car for me! The experience buying this car was seamless, everyone at Portland BMW is very friendly and there is not pressure like other dealerships to BUY the car today. This is a well thought out process and they want you to be happy and are patient with the customer's decision and needs. I will go back again! Thanks Portland BMW! More

David is very personable and informative, and when we picked up the car he worked with us for an hour showing us how everything worked on the vehicle. We even remembered most of it the next day. Being a single women I kind of dread going anywhere men are trying to sell me "man things". Ty is the very best!!
