Lee is excellent at knowing his product, quick, accurate feedback to customer requests, and has a high "trust level" in doing what he say he will do. Totally professional, knowledgeable and courteous, David took the time and did the extra research to insure I was getting the automobile that best suited my needs and desires. Better yet, since purchasing my vehicle David has immediately responded and assisted me regarding any questions I've had about my vehicle, whether they be about maintenance, operational functions or accessories. I strongly recommend David as the "go to guy" when purchasing a vehicle. More
Ingrid Jackson is by far the BEST Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. What a professional! She contacted me immediately when I inquired about snow tires. I had a great experience purchasing a car from here recently. Sam Nejad was pleasant to work with, upfront, helpful and made the car buying process an easy and stress free experience. I was able to research and check out their inventory online. I communicated with Sam via phone until I was ready to buy, which saved me a lot of time since I was able to do most of it virtually. For Sam Nejad and purchasing of the car, I give BMW of Portland 5 stars. My family and I couldn't be happier with the x3 we bought and therefore we have recommended BMW of Portland to our family and friends. More

The service for BMW employee Sam Nejad was exceptional. I remember stopping at night and the dealership building was about to close (10 mi). I entered the main door and Sam was about to leave (I believe), bu remember stopping at night and the dealership building was about to close (10 mi). I entered the main door and Sam was about to leave (I believe), but he was kind enough to stop and talked to me. He took us back to his desk spend 30 minutes to search for the car we were looking for. Then he took us to the lot where car was suppose to be though it was snowing and freezing outside (we didn't find the car). Anyways, we revisited Sam the next day. Showed him two cars we were interested in. He took us to his dealership service station to show the car, and then helped us signed up with loan processing by introducing a gentleman Jameshed. As the car was in service we revisited Sam again the next day. He arranged the Test Drive for the Car and was with us in the Car. I found Sam very honest, courteous, well mannered, and helpful employee. I had several questions during this whole process of buying the car. I called him several time, and texted him numerous time, and he very happily helped me. He answered all my questions on cars, and he looks very knowledgeable. I found him very accessible and friendly as well. Due to his personality I will recommend Portland BMW dealership for other customers in the future. In fact, it will be my pleasure to buy another car through Sam via BMW of Portland. More
In my recent experience, BMW of Portland was a solid dealership with a strong commitment to client service. I was welcomed within 10 seconds of walking into the showroom – welcomed, without it seeming dealership with a strong commitment to client service. I was welcomed within 10 seconds of walking into the showroom – welcomed, without it seeming like I was being hounded. That’s a fine balance to strike and a very low-stress first impression. The cars there were all clean and well-cared for, and having enjoyed cars for 30 years I am very, very discerning in my selection process. The salesperson assigned to me was knowledgeable without being pushy, and was impressively attentive to ensuring we took things at my own pace. It’s obvious this firm is interested in building a long-term relationship rather than just a one-time transaction. It’s a smart posture, really, as it works out better for them in the long-run due to repeat business, referrals. and strong reviews. Since the car I was interested in was a Nissan rather than an in-house BMW brand, they had us take an extended test drive and paid for the Nissan dealership to scan the car’s engine control unit to verify whether it had been abused. Once we got close on a price, I went through the usual meeting with the sales manager, and even that proved to be less painful than other dealerships I’ve worked with in the past. All in all, a top flight dealership that I will be referring people to in the future. More
I was very pleased with my leasing experience (David and Yazen). Then I had some noises with my heater. This was sort of a debacle with the tire company, but Ingrid was AMAZING. She was very good at communicating what was happening and worried if I was ok. She has FABULOUS follow up skills not just with me, but he tire people that most people lack these days. Everyone at BMW Portland greets you with a smile and work together to make you happy. I truly appreciate this fantastic team (David-Sales and Ingrid-Service). I have not been to this location a lot, but feel like I am going to visit a friend when I have stopped by. Top Notch and A+ from this happy customer. More
I made one phone call to Eric about my having difficulty programming my new X5's universal remote control to open my garage door and he was at my doorstep within the hour. That is what I call "over the top" programming my new X5's universal remote control to open my garage door and he was at my doorstep within the hour. That is what I call "over the top" customer service. He did not leave until my stubborn opener was operating smoothly thanks to his patience and expertise. More
