Kourosh was more than available, was excited to see me test drive the vehicles, and encouraged me to hone in and define what I needed my car to do and what options and styles matter to me. It was a great touch that after owning the car for a few weeks that Eric reached out to me to go over all the functions of the ridiculously smart system I had purchased. I was far too distracted and excited to learn all of this the first time through with Kourosh. Eric provided a new level of understanding and service and I'm to know a diverse team at the facility in the case that I need them again. I think BMW Portland needs to work on its Business Office approach given that I felt the quality of the vehicle was called into question in the process of trying to up sell me on the various safety and service offerings. These services should be sold for peace of mind and not because any aspect of the car would be seen as subpar. This was the only misstep that reminded me of stereotypically negative "car lot" experiences rather than premium, personal service. Still, I have a hard time holding that against them because it pretty much comes with the territory. More

We arranged to meet with him when we picked up the car and he gave us a crash course on the features and operation which are quite different than our decade older BMW. Eric was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and informative. This was a well spent hour. All personnel we worked with were extremely courteous. So I took the opportunity to meet with Eric on how to use some of the items on the car. Eric is very knowledgeable about the operating system of the vehicle and showed me short cuts on the system that will make it very helpful. I would suggest after you buy your vehicle you drive it for a month or so, figure out some of the things yourself, then definitely go in and see Eric so he can give you tips/shortcuts...it will be well worth your time. This was my first BMW purchase. I bought the vehicle sight unseen from across the country. David wasn't the original Client Advisor that I worked with, however, I reached out to him for assistance. I researched BMW Portland and discovered David on Dealerrater and some other BMW enthusiast websites. I reached out to David for help with transporting my new BMW. David was extremely punctual and returned my email immediately happy to help. David could have easily dismissed my email knowing he wasn't getting any credit for the sale. He contacted the trucking company that was handling the transport to confirm pickup. He even snapped a quick photo of my car on the car carrier to show me it was safely on its way. He kept me up to speed every step of the way. He also answered all of my annoying questions and offered advice regarding the performance of the vehicle. There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way but overall David made this a pleasant experience. He is a true professional and certainly earns every positive review! More

The story came down to a call, final call I should say, to Lee Montgomery, after I had spent several weeks on the purchase process. Lee, as he had from the first conversation with me, said he "would do what it takes to get and maintain my business" even though I have been a loyal customer for over ten years. Lee was true to his word. I presented to him what I wanted in the car, and the price I wanted to pay, after all my due diligence on both. Lee came back with a very reasonable counter and it was a done deal. I love the car, and have only the highest regard for Lee and how he treated me through the entire process. No games, no stress, high integrity. My business is also based on high trust, high service and high integrity. So, I thank Lee for being there when I wanted to make this purchase. I will be back, and have already been planting the seed with friends and colleagues as to who they need to work with! All the best, Cris More
