He made the process so easy. I left with all of my questions answered. The BEST PART, Eric asked how much gas I had in my 2015 X1 (I had half a tank) then unexpectedly he asked if he could fill my tank. I was shocked to say the least. This is my 6th new car I have bought and I have NEVER once been asked to come back to have all my questions answered, its usually just read your owners manuals (toyota/honda products). I am a BMW customer for life! Not only did I fully learn how to use the awesome features of my new X1. I left with a HUGE smile from ear to ear with a full tank of gas! in addition, Eric's personal contact info if future questions arise. WOW Please do yourself a favor and go see Eric! Now, it's lot like I was buying a $90k car or something. I bought a used Volvo for under $20k. He took time to understand what my family needed and got to know me personally. Literally, he allowed me to use his office for an hour so I could be on a work conference call...what other car dealership would that for a client? Then he made me feel really comfortable about buying the car I ended up with. He got me a great deal on the car and BMW Portland rehabbed the car to look brand new. Seriously, it looked sick. This September marked my third purchase from David Padgalskas. David is not only knowledgeable about BMWs, but he works tirelessly to make sure you are satisfied. I demanded a car that wasn't in his inventory. a lease deal appropriate for the bare-bone version of the model I wanted (I've spent plenty here anyways!!), and a schedule that forced David and others to assist me past close on three occasions. I'd made a couple of inquiries online, and David had been responsive and quite helpful, without being pushy. I made an appointment with him for a couple of days out. Before we met, I sent an email explaining my situation, wants, needs, likes, dislikes and price range for Certified PreOwned car. When we finally did meet, David had selected a handful of viable options, all a little different to suit my needs and preferences. We drove a few different cars, though I chose a newly arrived (lease returned), yet to be inventoried, 335xi. It took a few days to get checked out, certified, detailed and what not, but he was able to offer this car within my budget, and with no hassle. I was pleasantly surprised by the price, which included licensing the car in Oregon, as it had arrive from out of state. David is an honest, hardworking, sincere person, who I know will do well in whatever he chooses to do. He has outstanding credentials, is smart, helpful and considerate. Though this may him sound like a boy scout, who wouldn't feel comfortable buying a car from a boy scout? Not only would I return to David for another purchase, I have already told several people about him, and my very positive experience at BMW Portland. More

As I was planning to do a Performance Center Delivery (PCD) in Spartanburg, SC, dealer location was immaterial to me. I got in touch with few out of state dealers and after getting quotes from all, decided to go with David due to his responsiveness, price quote, and friendliness. He was always available via email or phone and went to great lengths to get PCD done in time. All this with me being from Atlanta, GA, he is in Portland, OR, my credit union in Baltimore, MD and the car delivery in Spartanburg, SC.
