He was so gracious about coming because he knew we needed his expertise to fully appreciate and USE all the wonderful options on our new 2014 BMW X5. He was very personable, and had an outstanding grasp of all the technical knowledge that was needed to teach us about our new vehicle......made it all seem simple and doable........of course, we can't remember it all at once, BUT because of Eric's help, we now know where to find answers. We also know that we can contact him anytime we have a question. Oustanding Couldnt be happier with my choice to go from a Mercedes to BMW. The main reason I left Mercedes was because of the lack or customer service/care.
