If I could give a 5+++++++ I would!!! I just leased my 4th BMW, but my first through pdx BMW. My last 3 leases were through a dealership in Beaverton HOWEVER I have never been happier then I just leased my 4th BMW, but my first through pdx BMW. My last 3 leases were through a dealership in Beaverton HOWEVER I have never been happier then I am after my experience with BMW in Portland. I knew exactly what I wanted and went to my original sales rep at the previous dealership ( you would think after 3 previous leases they would have tried to keep my business) needless to say I ended up searching around and I am SOOO GLAD I did!!! I even considered getting a Mercedes or a Jaguar. I test drove a few but honestly, if you have ever driven a BMW you will understand why I could not go to a different manufacturer. I am a BMW lover and don't think I'll ever drive anything else. Andrew the GM and Wally the sales rep made my purchase and entire experience amazing !!! I am now in a 640i grand coupe and I could not be happier. They listened to what I needed and wanted ( instead of trying to get me into a car they wanted to sell me) and made it possible for me to not only get the car I've dreamed of driving for years but even got me out of my previous lease 9 months early! Eric answered all my questions and then some and made me feel comfortable that I can call, text or e-mail anytime when I have additional questions. This is my second BMW in 16 years (my 328i is still alive and well) and also the second from the same dealership. This is the second time I’ve worked with and purchased a BMW with David. I am not the type of person that will walk into a car dealership and out with a car the same day. It takes me several weeks to go through the process including multiple test drives, lots of question and answer sessions, price talks, etc. David is there throughout the entire process and not pressuring you along the way. He is easy to contact and quick to return correspondences. I highly recommend David! More
