AWFUL experience from every department BMW of Portland deserves ZERO stars. BMW of PDX LOST my car after it was suppose to be towed into the service department and then had me sit in the wa BMW of Portland deserves ZERO stars. BMW of PDX LOST my car after it was suppose to be towed into the service department and then had me sit in the waiting room for over TWO hours with my child without telling me what was going on. I had to lose my cool in order to get assistance. Eric, my service rep, would not speak to me. It was only until I talked to manager that I got a very half hearted effort to resolve my issue. They FINALLY found my car and gave me a loaner. When I returned to pick up my car, I RAN OUT OF GAS two blocks from the dealership. I called the service manager, Jeff Klein, and explained my trouble and he was very apologetic for my inconvenience. He offered me a tank of gas and a free battery for my trouble. This would have been an ok resolution had I not been turning in my lease within the month! I also had an issue turning in my car. I was told it would take 15 minutes and I sat in the waiting room again with my infant son for close to an hour where something was going on in the backroom that I was not informed of. I felt there was a bait and switch with some charges at lease end and again had to lose my cool before anyone would even consider talking the issue through with me. I ended my lease and RAN from BMW of PDX. Don't be deceived by their remodel. Stay as far away as you can from this BMW dealership. They are horribly run and will make HUGE mistakes and refuse an explaination or recovery for lost time for their errors. AWFUL BUSINESS!!!! Ugh, I have the hereby jeebies just thinking of how angry this company made me, be warned if you decide to chose BMW. They do not care about their customers, even if you try and take it up with them. More
David is *THE* man for all things BMW! A bit over a month ago, my truck started to die a horrible death. Faced with the fact that I no longer could tow my track car with my truck, I was in need of something more upscale. I looked around at various dealerships in the area (and one out of state) for an X5d. At one stop, I came in to see David at BMW Portland. We looked at their stock, and nothing on hand really was exactly what I was looking for. David suggested both an order, and something else I hadn't considered - a lease. I had zero experience with leases, and David talked to me for a good 30-45 minutes about the lease process and guidelines, something he'd gone through himself. Zero pressure to go one way or another, and after thinking about it and talking it over with my wife, we decided to order a 2015 X5d with a lease. It arrived today. The process was completely painless. No pressure. No hard sell. No screwing around that I expect from most dealerships. David is a stand-up, straightforward guy who clearly loves the products he sells. If you're thinking about a new (or used) BMW, go see David. He'll treat you right. I'll be back. More

A car guy through and through, David is a perfect fit for a car enthusiast looking to buy a very special BMW. Plus, his after the sale service has been outstanding including him driving out to my office to check out a problem I created myself!
