On my second and most recent visit, Sean went above and beyond the call of duty, working with the dealership on my behalf to cover a repair that is generally not covered. Sean had my best interest in mind and as a result I recommend him above any other representative I have worked with. More

Cracked up They tried to sell us a wrecked car. Hard to believe actually. We noticed the damage on the return of the "take it home for a night" plan. Sales mana They tried to sell us a wrecked car. Hard to believe actually. We noticed the damage on the return of the "take it home for a night" plan. Sales manager claimed they had $3,600 worth of work done. If the car was in such good shape as claimed, why the $3,600? "We'll discount it $200" is what the sales manager said. Are you kidding me?! The rig is already above retail, and wrecked! He said he was into the car more than we offered. Oops, looks like you paid too much for the trade or at auction. Not likely. I'm familiar with lithia auto dealerships, being I'm from Medford. Something's never change. Erica was however a very nice sales rep. More

Everything was perfect. Sean got us in and out quickly, and kept us very well informed about the status of our car. We highly recommend him as a Service Consultant. The Portland BMW techs were very thorough; they even found a fault in the car that we didn't even know about and fixed it as well during our visit. Great job everybody! More

We received a thorough overview of the car's systems and learned about all of the incredible capabilities. Eric then proceeded to patiently address each of the questions/concerns on "my list". Eric was so very knowledgeable about my new car that it left both myself and my husband at ease. He gave us his card and invited us to contact him in the future with questions, after we become more acquainted with the car. The user manual is not very user friendly, so I had two visits with Eric Devier (the resident BMW Genius) at the Portland BMW dealer, to learn several specifics about the car which were not easily readable in the manual.
