Another great experience I met with Eric today, my BMW Genius. I have had the car for over a month now, but was only recently able to schedule a visit with him (my schedule, n I met with Eric today, my BMW Genius. He has been offering to connect with me since I purchased the car in early December. I have to say, he taught me things about the car that I had no idea about! He is super friendly, and truly knows the cars well! The best part for me was, since my schedule is so tight, he came all the way out to my office, and sat in our parking lot to teach me about the car! Incredible!! Thanks, Eric! More

Received the help I was searching for with BMW Genius. I connected with Eric over social media, and he has been very kind to help me with my i3 REx where my dealer's genius could not. He really knows the i brand very well, and he's on top of all the current news and features about the car. I found in talking to the genius at the dealership where I purchased my car, that I knew far more about the i3 than he did. Not so with Eric. He also checked in with me until he was sure my problems with my car were solved. I am very grateful for his help, and would recommend him highly! More

The Absoulte Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I entered BMW Portland looking to trade in two vehicles for a used 2014 X1 or a new base model X1. I was greeted by Client Rep. Ian Killough immediately and he was extremely friendly from the moment we met. He listened to and acknowledged all of my requirements and desires and from that moment forward without question was "in my corner". He never once attempted to waste our time by showing me a vehicle that would not benefit me and investigated every avenue and option for me. He eventually located a brand new X1 that was fully loaded and top of the line and I never would have dreamed this car would be an option for me. After he and his team fought tirelessly to get me the most for my trades they astounded me by making me such a competitive offer on the new X1 that I could not refuse. I ended up with the new X1 for a price I would never have dreamed of and three days later I still have a smile on my face from my deal of a lifetime. After extensive research and shopping around I opted to work with David Padgalskas based on both his excellent offer and especially on the reviews posted online. It was about a 3 months long process end to end, however every step was a breeze: 1. Ordering. All the options selected were ordered correctly by David with no omissions or push for other things I didn't want 2. Tracking. David kept me informed with the each step of the process: production (VIN number), shipping (link to track in real time the ship carrying my car), reception at the dealership (picture of the car fresh off the truck). 3. Delivery. The car was in perfect condition and the price agreed was honored without any problems. David also helped with extremely competitive financing.
