When you take delivery you don't really know what you don't know and even things you read I found a lot of value with a follow-up genius appointment. When you take delivery you don't really know what you don't know and even things you read or are shown during a test drive or delivery don't necessarily stick with you. For example Eric did a quick sweep of many useful settings and sure enough I had missed several that I definitely wanted but had not set (dynamic routing, for example). He also solved a puzzlement I had over my inability to save a particular preset shortcut for nav split-screen display. It was worth the trip just for that! It was also nice to dig a little deeper on some features that I hadn't explored. The best part was the offer to follow up personally with additional questions or visits as they arise. The internet is good for learning some things but sometimes seeing it in person or having some guided instruction is invaluable. Enjoyed my time with Eric. Recommend taking advantage of the genius program. More
