They called me a day before to confirm my appointment, but said it might take 2 or 3 days for them to complete the oil change because "we are really backed up". What kind of BMW service is that? I was told to expect 3 days for all the work so I would need a loaner vehicle . I arranged the time with the service rep specifically because I needed for the loaner I live 60 miles out of town. I arrived at the time of my appointment and was told there were no loaner cars available. "We are all out." I made a 120 mile drive for nothing! They have my contact information why didn't they call me to cancel before I made the long drive? Pathetic. Cal Bertram More

Poor customer sales service Duane Phillips is probably the worst car salesman we have ever came across here at BMW of Portland . We came in today on May 26, 2018 for the Memoria Duane Phillips is probably the worst car salesman we have ever came across here at BMW of Portland . We came in today on May 26, 2018 for the Memorial Weekend Lease Special deals on the 2018 BMW X1 special lease for $199 a month with $1999 down. As a Asian family of four people, We felt that he gave us a bad vibe of poor customer service and we felt discriminated. He didn’t to go out of his way to show us the white X1 we came in for. we were there for :30min and we never saw that car we came in for. He said it’s around here somewhere but never made an effort to find the vehicle for us to see, so he just pointed to another similar X1 to us and said it would looks like this but slightly different white color. He didn’t have the key for that X1 so we can try sitting inside to get the feel of it. He said the car is sold to another customer. We had to asked for it to sit in since he has no idea where the X1 that we came in for is. He would stand far back away from us and just stood there silently. He only answered questions when we asked and nothing more nor explained anything to us about the car nor the deals. Made us felt like we were taking up and wasting his time so we left with bitter taste feeling. It’s pathetic cause we didn’t expect that from a BMW dealership. It must be No incentive for him to to go out of his way to provide positive customer service since the deals is selling at a loss to the dealership according to his statement. We would not want to come back to this place again. There’s other dealers like Kuni BMW in Beaverton I would go to the next time. More
Worst Salesman Ever The fact that Jared is even a salesman at BMW is a complete embarrassment to the luxury brand. Did he not go through the proper vetting and training The fact that Jared is even a salesman at BMW is a complete embarrassment to the luxury brand. Did he not go through the proper vetting and training for the sales position? He is uncouth, lacks proper communication skills, and is rude. He does not know how to properly speak to customers, which is the most basic requirement needed as a salesperson. He raises his voice, cuts me off when I was speaking and repeatedly told me and my husband to "stop" so that he can talk. It wasn't as if my husband and I weren't having proper dialogue discussion regarding the purchase of a vehicle. I have had experience purchasing vehicles from Mercedes and Lexus in Beaverton and they are far better than BMW Portland. At one point, I thought that I must be at some regular brand like Ford. Luxury brands pride themselves in their classy nature and thus the sales/purchasing experience always surpasses those of lower brands like Ford, Chevy, Chrysler, etc. BMW Portland and Jared are a complete mess. Jared is a terrible representation of the brand and speaks like an uneducated, poorly trained fool. What a shame it is to have someone like that work for BMW. Jared and BMW Portland are to be avoided at all costs unless you want to experience the utmost worst experience with a salesperson, a person who probably would most definitely be the worst salesman at Ford too. I will be taking my business to Kuni BMW and hopefully they are better. More

He pointed out all of the small details and then he moved into the more complicated functions that BMW offers and during the whole introduction he was always patient and excited to share everything that I required to know and more...much more. I would recommend to everyone to takes advantage of a BMW Genius and if you get a chance to request Eric, you should do so. More
