We absolutely love BMW MINI of Wichita! We just purchased our 6th Mini and love the friendly service that Kenny, Mason, Michelle, and the others who work there provide. My first Mini was We just purchased our 6th Mini and love the friendly service that Kenny, Mason, Michelle, and the others who work there provide. My first Mini was a 2017 convertible and I loved that car. Sadly, someone ran into it and it was totaled, but I survived and purchased a Mini four-door. Then my husband decided he wanted one (we had been a two Mustangs car family) and he purchased a Countryman. After the lease was up, we traded my Mini in and I took his Countryman. We have since purchased two more Countrymans and this beautiful yellow convertible makes it to six for our total. For our latest Countryman, Kenny Weber was our salesman. I love Kenny's positivity and enthusiasm! We just clicked with him! He helped me build my convertible and I think Kenny was almost as excited as I was when it finally arrived three weeks ago to Wichita! Kenny goes above and beyond what other salemen do. I had an issue yesterday with my roof (convertible) and when I called Kenny for help, he came through even though he was driving to another state! Kenny - you're the best! Thank you Mason and Michelle for hiring him. We love all of you guys! More
Work on our 2015 4 series was done and everything is working good. It is hard to get status on the vehicle. Wasn’t able to put a door panel on don’t know what was so hard about that and the way that you got to choose what you want them to do or not do on your phone is kind of a crazy deal because I talk to the guy hard about that and the way that you got to choose what you want them to do or not do on your phone is kind of a crazy deal because I talk to the guy and he was supposed to fix a motor mount I told him to but then I did not it on my phone but I spoke to him and told him to, but they didn’t do it so that’s not cool I said to him on the phone spoke to him he didn’t call me back.
