First time I honestly was not looking to buy a car the same day. I really just wanted to see what my options were. Ken was the only salesperson who approached us I honestly was not looking to buy a car the same day. I really just wanted to see what my options were. Ken was the only salesperson who approached us while we were on the lot. He was kind enough to show me my options along with price. He was able to tell me the difference between each model and really assisted with my needs. He didn't brush us off especially dealing with my tough cookie of a mother. She patiently spoke with us to understand what we were looking for and incorporated the knowledge we already had. We did not feel rushed or pressured even though we test drove multiple vehicles. The staff made our son feel at home, encouraging him to explore all the vehicles (including his favorite, the i8). After we chose the car we wanted, Sheila stayed well past closing to finalize all the steps, including the trade-in, so we could drive away with our car! She even helped us clean out our messy trade in while the rain poured outside. The only negative is that we did not enjoy the process of rejecting the insurance extras that are available for purchase (a portion of the process that was handled by a different person - not Sheila) More

From the moment we walked into the dealership we felt very welcome. We had already decided on the car, and Danny made the lease return on our previous car absolutely painless. We felt that we got an excellent price on our new car. Danny is the absolute best advisor! He went above and beyond to make sure we had whatever we needed and was extremely knowledgable about both the car and what we wanted to achieve. Alyce helped us in the finance area, we had known her from a previous buying experience. As always she was efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We were almost disappointed when the process ended, but Danny has been in contact with us several times since then. All in all, well worth the 80 mile drive to the dealership, we will definitely come again when it's time for another car! More
